No. Delta cannot access or recover your audit. Your phone may include app data in a device backup, depending on your settings, but Delta has no separate backup service.

Set a future time when you add a choice. The next time you open Delta after that time, it will ask how it went. You can confirm the time, reschedule it, leave it for later, or delete it.

Yes. Add one from the area picker. To remove a custom area, press and hold it. Old choices keep their original area name.

Open Signals and choose 7, 30, or 90 days. Press and hold the trendline, then slide across it to see each day and score.

Open your phone’s widget picker and choose Delta. The medium widget shows today’s trend. The small widget opens a new entry. Both are available on iOS and Android.

It unlocks once you have added choices on five different days. It carries your average from those active days across 90 days to show where your current pace could lead.

It appears on Sunday once you have enough recent history. You can keep it to yourself or share it from your phone.
